Our online Availability Calendar shows when the Casita is booked.

Q. Is there a fixed day of arrival/departure and length of stay?
A.
We are totally flexible on arrival day and we have a minimum 3 night length of stay for the Casita.

Q. Will the availability calendar be up to date?
A.
The calendar will be updated only when bookings are confirmed by the payment of the deposit. Always email us to request a first & second preferred date of arrival.

Q. How do I book?
A.
Complete the booking form. We will respond with a confirmation email. After receiving this email you will have 7 days to make the payment of the deposit due. By paying the deposit you automatically agree to the terms and conditions.

Q. How do I know my booking has been received?
A.
You will receive a Booking Confirmation by email with full confirmation details, including deposit payment instructions. If you do not, something has gone wrong and you should use the contact us link right away to tell us, together with your booking details.

Q. How do I pay my deposit?
A.
Deposit of 25%, or the full amount if within 6 weeks of arrival, is to be made via our banking details.

If your arrival is imminent (i.e. a late booking) the entire amount will be payable upon booking.

Full details will be in your Booking Confirmation email.

Q. How long do I have to pay my deposit?
A.
Deposits should be paid right away as we normally hold provisional bookings for up to 7 days whilst awaiting bank transfers to arrive.

Q. How do I pay the balance?
A.
Balances become due six weeks prior to arrival and are payable by direct debit. We will send you an email about a week before the due date with details, including details of payment transfer.

Q. What if I have to cancel after paying my deposit or balance? (refund policy)
A.
Deposits and balances are non refundable, except at our discretion if the accommodation is re-let after cancellation. We recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to protect against cancellation on your part.

Q. Are linen and towels provided?
A.
Yes. We change linen & towels on a weekly basis. Pool towels are also provided. If you choose to bring your own towels please let us know.

Q. Is there a washing machine facility?
A.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the Utility Room. Please use the dryer sparingly as electricity is a precious commodity. There is plenty of space for hanging clothes to dry, inside and outside.

Q. When can I access the Casita on arrival?
A.
The accommodation will be ready after 4pm. We will expect you between 4pm and 7pm unless you tell us otherwise. If you arrive early, we may be able to store your luggage until you take your accommodation. Late arrivals are not a problem as long as you let us know.

Q. When do I have to leave on departure?
A.
The Casita should be vacated by 11am. There may be flexibility depending on cleaning schedules etc.

Q. Do you do bed and breakfast?
A.
No, all our accommodation is self catering. We provide a welcome pack on arrival, with such items as bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, wine & bottled water.

Q. Are children allowed at the Casita?
A.
Children are welcome, but you are responsible for their safety at all times. The pool is not gated and there are many steps. Children must be supervised in the pool area and vineyard at all times.

Q. Is it possible to use the Internet during my stay?
A.
We have FREE wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) access at the Casita, so bring your laptop if you wish to stay in touch or have business commitments to keep up.

Q. How can I reach you by car?
A.
Once your booking is confirmed you will be given access to our directions area on the website.

Q. Can I reach you by public transport?
A.
Yes, for example, from Gibraltar Airport, take a bus from La Linea to Algeciras then take the train to Estacion Cortes de la Frontera. Or take a train from Malaga Airport station via Bobadilla and Ronda to our station. We are a 10 minute walk from the station. Full details can be provided on request.

We do, however, recommend that you hire a car during your stay as, in order to truly appreciate this area of Spain, a car is essential.

Q. How hot will it be?
A.
We are in the mountains so the heat from the sun can be deceptive. We recommend using a high sun factor cream at all times.
